Jacob O. Nichols-Manns, 4 day old died February 20, 2013 in Rainbow Baby’s and Children Hospital in Cleveland. He was born February 16, 2013 in EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria to Pamela Nichols and Drew Manns of Elyria.

Other than his parents, he also will be sadly missed by his maternal grandparents Easter (Danny) Starcher and Michael Nichols; paternal grandparents Wanda (Joseph) Campolo; maternal great grandmothers Bertha Williams and Dora Nichols; paternal great grandmother Rucell J. Pugh; aunts; uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers Charles Nicholas, John Williams and Thomas Weaver.

Graveside service will be Monday at 1 PM in Resthaven Memory Garden, 3700 Center Road, Avon. Rev. Michael Reis, pastor of North Olmsted Assembly of God will officiate.
