Gertrude F. Gross (nee Logar), 81, of Avon Lake, passed away suddenly following a short illness on Saturday June 2, 2012 at St. John Medical Center, Westlake.

She will be deeply missed by her son, Jeffrey (Frances), of Hudson; daughter, Jennifer (Fred) Pfisterer, of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Eric Pfisterer and Katy (Sean) Nave, both of Pittsburgh; siblings, Margaret, Susan, Paulette, Tom, Lloyd and Tim and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. in 2001 and a brother, Dick.

All services will be private.
